ELMS Software was established in 2007 when it introduced ELMS Personal Edition.  The estimating engine and backbone of the ELMS family of products was originally developed  by Future Systems Consulting & Services, Inc. in 1999.  The orginal software is a proven commodity and has successfuly been used to manage large scale remodeling companies since early 2000.   ELMS Software was established in 2007 to redesign the software as a commercial application using the newest and most sophisticated technologies.
